Weekly Classes
Our weekly yoga classes are offered in collaboration with our teachers.
Each class is run and booked directly through the teacher, rather than through a central studio system ensuring teachers are paid fairly and fully for their work.
This is a conscious decision that reflects our ethos. This model supports a more ethical and sustainable yoga industry — while giving you access to a diverse range of teachers and styles.
We recommend you always reach out to the teacher to ensure class is running as scheduled.

A class intuitively guided based on slowness - mixed sessions bringing in somatic work, yoga work and energy tapping.
Offering space to adapt, the somatic explorations are easy and gentle yet potent in releasing tension and stress - no goals you just need to show up and be open to exploring.

Alternating weekly between stillness and flow.
This weekly alternating class explores the elemental balance between stillness and movement through Hatha and Vinyasa yoga.
On Hatha weeks, the practice is slow and steady, emphasising traditional asana, conscious breath, and moments of pause. Sun or Moon Salutations anchor the body, while pranayama and yogic philosophy support a sense of balance between effort and ease, grounding both mind and nervous system.
On Vinyasa weeks, the practice becomes more fluid and energising. Breath-led movement and mindful transitions create a continuous rhythm, encouraging strength, mobility, and embodied presence while remaining rooted in Hatha principles.
Each class is shaped around a central theme or builds toward a peak pose, offering a practice that is both stabilising and expansive. Suitable for all levels, with options to meet each student exactly where they are.

For those seeking a more intimate, attuned experience, whether you are local to Whitstable or visiting the shoreline for rest and renewal.
Each session is shaped around your needs and intention. Together we can refine the foundations of your practice, explore alignment with care, deepen your awareness in movement, or adapt to injury, fatigue, or changing seasons of life.
We share various styles of Yoga such as Vinyasa, Hatha, Power Flow, Chair Yoga, Restorative and Yin alongside other ceremonial and energy based offerings.
Available one-to-one or for small private groups.
