  • Fitness Instructor

Her first steps into fitness were prompted by the need to recover confidence and mobility after a serious health issue. The rewards of feeling stronger soon inspired her to qualify as a personal trainer so that she could share her positive experience of exercise with others. Now her motivations are fuelled by clients and their own amazing perspectives, goals and achievements.

  • Maturation & Vision Coach

Karuna is a Vision & Maturation Coach and Artist with a background in trauma-informed coaching, systemic family constellations, and fine art. Exploring and unpacking the innermost places within us that words alone can’t reach. Her work lives at the intersection of creativity, aliveness, and deep inner transformation.

This deep, intuitive approach forms the foundation of her work: guiding people back to being so they can create from alignment, not survival.

A few years ago, after achieving all the external markers of success, Karuna recognised that much of what she was building was still rooted in survival. What followed was a radical pause: a full year of stepping back, shedding old identities, and listening deeply. She turned off the ads, closed the funnels, and stopped emailing her list. While she continued serving her existing clients with depth and presence, she let go of pushing anything new into the world—because she knew something had to die.

In that space, something truer emerged: a meeting of vision and creative force led by soul.

When she then integrated this through form into her business, her one-to-one coaching and programmes sold out within a week, a result of the deep alignment between being, doing and vision.

Karuna now guides others on that same journey, helping them outgrow survival patterns and childhood trauma, reconnect to their essence, and create from a place of inner alignment. Her approach blends vision work, Body-Mind maturation, family systems, somatic process, and intuitive artistry to support transformation that is both grounded and expansive.

  • Oasis Studio Founder

Yoga Teacher ✧ Ayurvedic Women’s Health

With a grounding presence and devotional approach, Olympia’s offerings align with the rhythms and energies of the natural world.

Her classes are moving meditations that blend prāṇāyāma, āsana, and dhyāna to invite balance, flow, and coherence between mind, body, and energy. Weaving ancient wisdom with modern neuroscience, she creates a space that supports a flow state of inquiry, self-understanding, and gentle transformation, guiding students to connect more deeply with themselves and the world around them, as they honour their own unique journeys.

Her circles and workshops illuminate the magic of the teachings she holds so dear, in a way that inspires curiosity and learning within her students.

  • Yoga Teacher ✧ Forest School Leader

Sophia began her journey into yoga in her early 20's through her mother, her first teacher, who would take her along to classes & workshops with Erich Schiffman and his freedom-style yoga in California.

Falling in love first with the philosophy & discussions and then slowly the asana, Sophia did her 200hr yoga training in 2020 and took a deep interest in Scaravelli-inspired yoga and our bodies relationship to gravity and the earth.

Working as a Forest School Leader, her love of nature connection and myth/story really run through all of her offerings. She very passionate about working with students to find the freedom and wildness of their bodies while also remaining grounded and connected to the earth.

Since, Sophia has trained with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli in Women's Yoga Therapy and Judith Hanson Lasater in Restorative yoga, both of which are very important to me and she loves working with women to create more opportunities for space, rest and understanding.

  • Yoga Teacher

My journey with yoga begun in Thailand in the 90s and I took the leap into teaching in 2020. My personal practice takes care of all of me. I find Yoga evens out the ebb and flow of my daily life. I find Yogic Philosophy endlessly inspiring and I weave it into my classes to learn along with my students.

Trained by Yoga Reloaded, I teach Functional Yoga. There’s a version of a pose for everyone - it’s how we feel that matters most.

I teach Restorative Yoga, Rise & Yoga and Yin Yoga. Yin, with its lingering, mindful poses is my greatest passion. Guiding students and seeing the quietening benefits of the practice is magical.

  • Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator

Carson is passionate about bringing the healing powers of Breathwork to the world. He is a Breathwork facilitator gifted in holding, tender and safe space. After many years working in the corporate world, suffering from burn out and grief. Carson found Breathwork. It was a life changing discovery.

Trained with Alchemy of Breath, Breathwork Bali & Breathing Cold. Carson continues to explore the adventure and potential of conscious breathwork. Conscious Connected Breathwork is a beautiful often powerful healing and transformational technique. It allows us to re connect with ourselves and release feelings and emotions, like stress and trauma that we may be carrying.

It often gives clarity and perspective on what’s going on in our lives and so helps us to move past our conditioning to find solutions to things we perceive to be problems.

  • Yoga Teacher

Gabi brings over 40 years of experience in sharing movement, beginning her path as a dancer before evolving into yoga, somatic practices, and hands-on healing modalities including massage.

Over time, her work has naturally shifted toward gentler, more restorative approaches that support nervous system regulation, ease, and fluidity in the body. Drawing from Feldenkrais principles and, more recently, Qi Gong, Gabi’s teaching invites students into subtle, intelligent movement that restores balance, supports longevity, and encourages a deep sense of embodied flow.

  • Medicine Woman ✧ Shamanic Guide ✧ Kambo Practitioner

  • Yoga Teacher

Kate’s path to yoga is rooted in study, care, and attention. She previously worked in academia, studying literature, Latin, and palaeography, teaching and writing with a grounding in language, history, and theories of cognitive embodiment. When her daughter became seriously ill, Kate moved toward a different kind of learning: one shaped by love, uncertainty, and deep attentiveness to the fragile wisdom of the body.

This shift led her toward work in service and community. She has since worked within the charity sector addressing health inequalities and has founded a national support group for parents navigating serious childhood illness while also establishing wider medical research initiatives. These experiences continue to inform her understanding of balance, resilience, and care, as do her accredited training in health and wellbeing coaching.

Kate found yoga while seeking greater trust in the body. Through consistent practice, yoga became a way of returning to breath, rhythm, and embodied presence. She trained in Hatha and Vinyasa with Rila Yoga, and her teaching is grounded in traditional practice, thoughtful sequencing, and the balance between effort and ease.

Her classes are shaped around transformation and subtle shifts in energy, using breath, movement, and pause to support change on both physical and internal levels. She works with students of all levels, from beginners to intermediate, offering an inclusive space to explore stillness and movement with embodied awareness and respect.

  • Multi-instrumentalist Sound Therapist

I came to sound therapy through my own journey of returning to balance after years of stress, a dysregulated nervous system, and a chronic illness. What was once labelled “sensitivity” has become the foundation of my work, an ability to listen deeply, feel subtle shifts, and create safe spaces for rest, restoration, and releasing.

Drawing from studies in Ayurveda, breathwork, energy work and traditional sound practices, my sound baths are an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself in a world that rarely asks us to rest.

  • Sound Therapist ✧ Holistic Voice Therapist

Naomy has dedicated much of her adult life to supporting a spiritual and environmental shift rooted in respect, harmony, and connection between all beings and the Earth.

Recognising that healing the planet begins with healing ourselves, she has undertaken a deep personal healing journey that now informs her professional focus.

Much of her work centres on healing ancestral wounds to support individuals and families in reclaiming their birthright and wellbeing. She facilitates others on their healing and spiritual paths, helping them release patterns and triggers that limit joy, presence, and loving connection. Through this work, she aims to create lasting positive ripples within families, communities, and the wider world.

  • Pilates Instructor

Joanna first discovered Pilates while recovering from a minor sports injury. After joining a local Pilates class, she was amazed by both the physical benefits and the profound sense of wellbeing she experienced. This led her to study the Pilates method in depth, alongside the philosophy that underpins the practice.

She has a particular interest in functional anatomy, with a focus on fascia and biomechanics, which strongly informs her teaching approach. Joanna’s classes are thoughtfully structured to offer an exceptional Pilates experience while also empowering clients with a deeper understanding of their bodies and natural movement patterns. Through breath, alignment, and the rebalancing of fascial tension lines, students are often surprised by the comfort, ease, and freedom that can be uncovered.
