Shamanic Practitioner ✧ Gong Therapist ✧ AstrologistIn 2015, Charlotte embarked on a shamanic path that has taken her to different places within and without. Her initial connection with shamanic medicines led her to become a Kambo Practitioner in 2016.
Several years later, following an initiation in Peru, she turned towards the stars and began her practice in astrology. This then led her to offer planetary sound baths, which to her felt like a way to bring above and below into one space, whilst offering tangible healing and nervous system relaxation during these unprecedented times.
In 2023, she met her partner Hannah, and together with their friend Lewis Edwards, they grew Ecstatic Dance Kent. This success led to further sound and shamanic-based collaborations between her and Hannah. They now offer workshops, day events, and retreats, combining their talents and skills to create deep and supportive spaces for others as they move through times of transition.

Conscious Connected Breathwork FacilitatorCarson is passionate about bringing the healing powers of Breathwork to the world. He is a Breathwork facilitator gifted in holding, tender and safe space. After many years working in the corporate world, suffering from burn out and grief. Carson found Breathwork. It was a life changing discovery.
Trained with Alchemy of Breath, Breathwork Bali & Breathing Cold. Carson continues to explore the adventure and potential of conscious breathwork. Conscious Connected Breathwork is a beautiful often powerful healing and transformational technique. It allows us to re connect with ourselves and release feelings and emotions, like stress and trauma that we may be carrying.
It often gives clarity and perspective on what’s going on in our lives and so helps us to move past our conditioning to find solutions to things we perceive to be problems.

Sound Healer ✧ End of Life Doula
Bernadette came to Sound Healing through her training as an end of life doula and coach. Discovering the healing power of very simple voice work sparked her curiosity, leading to extensive training as a Sound Healer using the voice.
We all have a voice available to us to heal ourselves and each other.
The impact of the voice has truly amazed Bernadette. Everyone whose life is touched with this sacred gift has experienced deep relaxation, restoration, and a sense of coming home to oneself. Many have experienced altered states providing deep connection with their deeper, higher self.
Bernadette is passionate about sharing this both in groups and as a one-to-one treatment.
As part of a group, sounds create a sacred space for healing both in the moment and on into our life beyond the group. We can learn very simple sounds to take into our days to bring grounding, uplift, restoration, comfort... and more.
This is available whatever one's relationship with one's voice is.
This is sacred work that feeds our souls, our spirits. Bernadette is delighted to share it in her local community.

Fitness InstructorHer first steps into fitness were prompted by the need to recover confidence and mobility after a serious health issue. Reflexologist ✦ Facial ReflexologyJenni found reflexology through her own experiences of stress and anxiety and, after discovering it worked wonders in rebalancing her nervous system, she immediately wanted to help other people feel the benefits.
Jenni know firsthand how burnout and overwhelm can live in the body — the restless nights, the tight shoulders, the sense that you are always catching up, or feeling disconnected from your life and those you love. Reflexology gave her a way back to herself, and now she uses it to help others who need space for self-care.
In addition to her personal experiences, she is a Level 5 qualified practitioner (meaning she received over 160 hours of training) and trained in many specialist techniques such as Stress Release, Maternity, Palliative care and recently qualified in Facial Reflexology also.
Jenni treats each patient with a bespoke plan, working on the systems of the body that connect most to your symptoms and experiences, helping to calm or raise energy as needed.

Yoga TeacherKate’s path to yoga is rooted in study, care, and attention. She previously worked in academia, studying literature, Latin, and palaeography, teaching and writing with a grounding in language, history, and theories of cognitive embodiment. When her daughter became seriously ill, Kate moved toward a different kind of learning: one shaped by love, uncertainty, and deep attentiveness to the fragile wisdom of the body.
This shift led her toward work in service and community. She has since worked within the charity sector addressing health inequalities and has founded a national support group for parents navigating serious childhood illness while also establishing wider medical research initiatives. These experiences continue to inform her understanding of balance, resilience, and care, as do her accredited training in health and wellbeing coaching.
Kate found yoga while seeking greater trust in the body. Through consistent practice, yoga became a way of returning to breath, rhythm, and embodied presence. She trained in Hatha and Vinyasa with Rila Yoga, and her teaching is grounded in traditional practice, thoughtful sequencing, and the balance between effort and ease.
Her classes are shaped around transformation and subtle shifts in energy, using breath, movement, and pause to support change on both physical and internal levels. She works with students of all levels, from beginners to intermediate, offering an inclusive space to explore stillness and movement with embodied awareness and respect.

Yoga TeacherMy journey with yoga begun in Thailand in the 90s and I took the leap into teaching in 2020. My personal practice takes care of all of me. I find Yoga evens out the ebb and flow of my daily life. I find Yogic Philosophy endlessly inspiring and I weave it into my classes to learn along with my students.
Trained by Yoga Reloaded, I teach Functional Yoga. There’s a version of a pose for everyone - it’s how we feel that matters most.
I teach Restorative Yoga, Rise & Yoga and Yin Yoga. Yin, with its lingering, mindful poses is my greatest passion. Guiding students and seeing the quietening benefits of the practice is magical.
