You will be guided through self-reflection practices as well as a Vinyasa Yoga flow somatically exploring the energetics and heavenly myths of the Vedic Lunar Mansions and archetypes of the zodiac, closing with a short mantra meditation practiced as an offering to the Lunar deity.

Chloé’s approach of reading the Sky and relating with the Stars is both within the realm of Tropical and True Sidereal astrology with an exploration of the Vedic Lunar Mansions (Nakshatras, each representing different Lunar powers). This will offer insights into various ways of interpreting the messages of the Cosmos for a multidimensional understanding that can support you on your spiritual path and throughout your daily life.
